Terms of service for Car Wash Car Club

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Car Wash Car Club ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Car Wash Car Club provides mobile car detailing and washing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior washing and waxing
- Interior cleaning and detailing
- Paint protection services
- Ceramic coating application
- Other automotive care services as advertised
3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Appointments: All services must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our website.
3.2 Confirmation: We will confirm your appointment via phone call, text message, or email.
3.3 Cancellation: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
4.2 Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
4.3 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Vehicle Access: Customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and ensure it is unlocked if interior services are requested.
5.2 Personal Items: Customer is responsible for removing all personal and valuable items from the vehicle before service begins.
5.3 Water and Electricity: For mobile services, customer may need to provide access to water and electrical outlets as required.
5.4 Vehicle Condition: Customer must disclose any existing damage, mechanical issues, or special conditions of the vehicle prior to service.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to paint scratches, dents, mechanical issues, or electrical problems.
6.2 Personal Property: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during service.
6.3 Weather Conditions: Services may be postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather conditions for safety and quality reasons.
6.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Warranty and Satisfaction
7.1 Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any legitimate concerns within 48 hours of service completion.
7.2 Warranty Period: Our workmanship warranty is valid for 7 days from the date of service, weather permitting.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Car Wash Car Club and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Car Wash Car Club from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's breach of these Terms or any negligent or wrongful act by the customer.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
