What is Car Wash Car Club?
Car Wash Car Club is a mobile detailing service built for today's drivers. We come directly to your location—whether that's your apartment garage, workplace, or home—and deliver professional detailing without the need for water hookups or power outlets. Using an eco-friendly mess-free system and battery-powered tools, we make premium car care possible anywhere you park.
What services do you offer?
We provide three core detailing packages, along with add-ons for specialized care:
Interior + Exterior Detailing – A full-service detail that combines a thorough interior clean with an eco-friendly exterior hand wash and protection.
Interior Detailing – Complete interior cleaning and restoration, including carpets, seats, plastics, vents, windows, and odor reduction.
Exterior Detailing – Gentle eco-friendly, mess-free hand wash, streak-free windows, trim and jamb cleaning, and optional shine add-ons.
Add-On Services include headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, pet hair removal, and wheel detailing.
How do I book a service?

What are your operating hours?
We are open from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Our online scheduler is available 24/7, so you can book an appointment at any time for a slot within our operating hours.
What is your service area?
We currently serve the greater Seattle area, and most frequently are servicing vehicles in the Downtown Seattle area.
If I call, who will I speak with?
When you call us, you'll speak directly with one of our Detail Technicians that can answer any of your questions and help you schedule your service.
When is payment due and what methods do you accept?
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Because we do not carry change or small bills, we cannot accept cash payments for services. However, tips in cash are always appreciated. No checks accepted.
Do I need to provide a parking space?
We primarily service vehicles in parking garages and are used to working in tight spaces. In most cases, we will park our vehicle as close to yours as possible, such as in an adjacent parking spot or nearby space. If you have specific parking instructions or restrictions, please let us know when booking.
What if you don't have cell service in the garage?
Our Detail Technicians are trained to handle situations where cell service is unavailable, and they will provide estimated completion times so you can meet with them when they are finished.
How long does a detail take?
Service times vary based on the package and your vehicle's condition:
• Interior + Exterior: ~3.5 hours or more
• Interior only: ~1.5–2 hours
• Exterior only: ~1.5–2 hours
• Add-ons: 30–60 minutes each
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. We bring everything needed to complete the job, including battery-powered equipment and a no-mess minimal water detailing system. This allows us to work in tight spaces like parking garages without leaving puddles or requiring hookups.
Where can you service my car?
We can detail your car almost anywhere:
• Apartment or condo parking garages
• Workplace parking lots
• Home driveways
• Public parking areas where permitted
If you're unsure, just ask when booking and we'll confirm.
Do I need to be present during the service?
No. As long as we can access your vehicle, you don't need to be there the whole time. Many customers leave their keys with us (for interior jobs) and return later to a freshly detailed car.
What makes your process eco-friendly?
Traditional car washes waste water and often leave chemical runoff. We use a no-mess minimal water cleaning system with specialized products that safely lift dirt and protect your paint, leaving no mess behind. It's safer for your car, your garage, and the environment.
Are your products safe for my car?
Yes. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products designed to clean and protect without damaging your paint, leather, plastics, or electronics.
Can you remove pet hair or odors?
Yes. We offer Pet Hair Removal as an add-on for stubborn shedding, and our full interior detailing helps reduce natural odors by cleaning every surface thoroughly.
Do you clean wheels, tires, or engines?
Yes. Our Wheel Detailing add-on restores rims and tires, while Engine Bay Cleaning removes dirt and grime under the hood for a cleaner, fresher look.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by responding to our automated scheduling assistant or by calling us or texting at 206-504-3212.
Can I book same-day service?
While we recommend booking in advance, we may have same-day availability depending on our schedule. Call or text us at 206-504-3212 to check for same-day openings. Our online scheduler shows real-time availability up to several days in advance.
What should I remove from my car before the service?
Please remove any valuable items, important documents, and personal belongings from your vehicle. We also recommend removing any loose items from cup holders and door pockets to allow for thorough cleaning. If you're getting interior detailing, we'll need access to move seats and clean under floor mats.
What if my car is extremely dirty or hasn't been cleaned in a long time?
We specialize in bringing neglected vehicles back to life!
Do you work in bad weather?
If your vehicle is parking inside a parking garage, the weather shouldn't affect our ability to service it. However, for heavy rain, snow, or severe weather, we may need to reschedule for safety reasons during travel. We'll contact you in advance if weather conditions require rescheduling.
What if my parking garage requires special access codes or permits?
No problem! When booking, please include any access codes, parking instructions, or building requirements in the notes section. Our technicians are experienced with various parking garage setups and security systems. If needed, we can coordinate with building management for access.
Do you provide any guarantee on your work?
Yes, we stand behind our work! If you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every detail.
